SVARGA Ritual

Use the cleansing elements of fire and water to let go of the past with this Svarga ritual. Draw a circle with a cross in the center to represent the symbol. In the circle, write down anything that you would like to let go of, any bad habits or patterns of behavior. Light a candle to represent the sun and, being very careful, quickly pass the paper through the flame. Say, “With fire I banish you from my life.” Then plunge the paper into a bowl of water and say, “With water I am cleansed and ready to move on.” Finish by burying what remains of the paper in some soil and scattering the water outside. Say, “By the power of the Svarga and the blessing of Svarog, I release you.”
